1. All messages and posted material are owned by the poster and
not the CGS Contact Forum. It is their responsibility to ensure
postings are suitable for the audience that will read it. For this
reason the site cannot be held responsible for all content.
2. Illegal, obscene, racist, terrorist or other material that is not
socially acceptable is not permitted in any site areas.
The Site Maintainer reserves the right to remove anything without
prior notice if it is deemed inappropriate.
3. It it the user's responsibility to take reasonable care to protect
their password and account from misuse.
4. The CGS Contact Forum is to be used freely without any charges to
its members. Any resale of the service is forbidden.
5. Misuse of another users' account, intentional disruption of site
service or deliberate time-wasting of site administration will not
be tolerated.
6. Use of the CGS Contact Forum for the purposes of harrassment, bulk
e-mailing, defamation and other malicious activity is not permitted
and users attempting to do so will be suspended indefinitely.
7. Attempting to access files or scripts that are not designated as
publically accessible is not permitted. Brute force attacks and other
intrusion on any part of the site are forbidden and any client that
does so will be reported to their Internet Service Provider or
connectivity provider.
